We Arranged to have flowers delivered to a friend of ours on her birthday, Friday, May 18. There was a computer mixup (hey, it happens!), The flowers were never delivered. After speaking to the owner on Monday they were so apologetic and not only gave us 100% refund but delivered the most beautiful bouquet of flowers to our friend anyway! What a great customer service way to make things right ! Thanks a bunch!
