Well, you didn't have the snowman I paid for, but my sister loved the little gingerbread house, you sent. In your defense, you did call me to explain the problem. Sorry, I was away from my phone. The fact that you got the flowers out to my sister in less than 12 hours is nothing less than a Christmas miracle. Here in Fresno it's crazy busy, and shops usually have a 2 or 3 day window for guaranteed delivery. I will become a regular customer, because I'm an avid gardner with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, and I appreciate good customer service. I'm planning a trip to Sumerlin in March.
